I've seen this thing around and wondered if I would ever be singled out to participate, and someone has named me, so I just have to do it now.

I have a terrible memory, so I hope I can remember something.

10 years ago- I was 25. My first child was 1 and I was expecting #2 in September. I was working for the State of Utah full-time helping people on assistance improve their lives. I was taking my baby to a sitter every day and hating it. We were looking to buy a house and eventually bought the one we are still in. After I had baby #2 we decided I would stay home. At the same time my husband decided that he would branch out on his own and create his own business as a finish carpenter. He was putting in super long days. My sister-in-law lives across the street and she helped me so much during those times.


5 years ago-I'd had #4 child and #5 had decided that he was on the way too. I was surrounded by dirty diapers, kids, clothes and house and it is just where I wanted to be. Hubby was still working long hours, but had finally hired his brother to work with him.


5 months ago it was a new Year and I was making resolutions that I totally have forgotten and not completed. The kids were heading back to school for the down hill slide. I was still surrounded by dirty kids and house and still loving it for the most part. The hubby now has 3 guys working with him and can actually take a few days off when he wants too.

5 things on my to-do list
1. do some cleaning
2. do some laundry
3. try to get the kids to help clean a little
4. try to get the kids to read or practice math
5. eat better and do some exercise

5 things I would do if I was suddenly a Billionaire
1. Pay off all debts, including house and cars
2. build a nice new home with new furnishings
3. save some
4. share my money with family
5. take everyone on a once in a lifetime vacation

5 bad habits
1. oreos
2. being lazy
3. having no organizational skills
4. procrastinating
5. doing things that are not as important as the things I really should be doing

(the rest of my family all hug and kiss and all that stuff, but I don't like it, I just do it so they won't be offended!)
