Gone Again

So, the hubby is gone again for the weekend. He and his brothers and a few friends go to Hoop Lake in the Uintas every year. They usually go in May, but because of schedules and colder season they waited until now. This all started about 12 years ago when my hubby and a friend attempted to take us wives up to the lake. Well, we were really early in the season and not very well equipped, so we turned around and came home. A few weeks later the boys went on their own and made it in. So for the first few years it was just the two of them going, now there are about 7. It is a great time for them to be guys and we don't have to deal with it. :) So, the kids and I are going to do something fun with Grandma today and then tomorrow we will all be at the Primary activity. Hubby won't be home 'til late afternoon on Sunday, so I will plan on making dinner and a yummy dessert. My dad will be here too, he is supposed to be going to Boston with my Mom, but because of farming schedule he won't be meeting up with her until Tuesday. So, I will take charge and make sure he has somewhere to be. We will see who else shows up.
