Happy Birthday!

This cute little girl had her birthday on the 3rd!
She is such a sweetheart and really tries hard to be good all the time. She loves hanging out with her friends, riding her bike, playing the piano and playing soccer. I can't believe how grown up she is getting! We love you little lady and are so glad you're part of our family!!

HaPpY BirThDaY WIL!!

Today is Wil's 7th birthday! He jumped right out of bed ready to start this wonderful day! He is a sweet boy and is growning up too fast. He loves being with his friends and family and doing anything he can to stay busy. He loves school, but not the homework and he is learning a little more Spanish every day. I can't call him baby anymore, so Happy Birthday big guy! We are so glad to have you in our family!

It's always fun to start the new year with this guy's birthday! Another year has passed and he is now 9! What a great kid. We love him lots and look forward to another wonderful year with him! Alex you are Awesome and we love you!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KATELYN!

It's official today Katelyn is 13! Time has gone by WAY too fast! Katelyn is a wonderful young lady. She is growing into a wonderful person. She already has so many good friends, has a growing testimony, some serious talent in piano and dancing, is so smart and she is a super big sister and a wonderful daughter. We love you so much!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY EMMA!

Yesterday Emma celebrated her 10th Birthday! She had to start core testing, but she didn't let it stop her from having a great day. She is such a happy person. She loves being around people and chatting. She loves being with her friends or family. She loves to sing in the school choir, is learning the piano and improving her soccer skills. We are so grateful for her wonderful personality, she is so sweet and kind. We love you Emma!

Our baby is 6 today! Yesterday he told me that now that he is 6 he is no longer a baby and we need to get rid of all the baby toys. (He was playing with Buzz and a bunch of Little people) Good thing he has already started collecting Bakugan, I guess those are more grown-up boy toys. As Lynn reminded me last night, this is the little guy that has taught me one of the most important things ever! A few years ago, whenever he had a good day he would say that it was his best day ever, I reminded him that he had said that before and he said "Mom don't you know you get thousands of best days!" Love this kid! He is so animated and expressive when he talks. He is very kind and he LOVE dogs and pizza rolls! We love you baby! (that is the last time I can use that one!)

The BIG 8!

Alex turned 8 in January and he could not wait to be baptised! Which actually happened this weekend. He was so excited and wasn't nervous at all. Everything went well and we had A LOT of family there for support! We really appreciate all those who were there and we know those who were not love us too! :) He is a happy boy, now that he is "official". He is a very kind and loving kid. He has a fun personality and keeps us laughing! He loves to play with his Bakugan's, his brothers and his friends. He has a special weekness for other kids that may be left out or ones that don't have many friends. He is a super kid, we wouldn't be the same without him! Love you much!

Brayden is 11 today! What a great kid he is! We are so thankful for his wonderful, kind spirit in our home. Brayden is currently LOVING playing football! He is doing well for his first year. He enjoys school and loves to play with friends. He also loves to make up all kinds of games especially hunt and find games. He tries really hard to do what is right and makes us proud every day. Love you B!

Best Birthday!

"THE HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH"
I normally try to downplay my birthday as much as possible, but this year I didn't care. If you go to Disneyland on your birthday, you get in free. All you have to do is show proof of your birthday. So I decided that is where I wanted to be. My children of course were kinda sad, but they are over it. Lynn agreed that it was a great idea! My Super, Wonderful, Awesome aunt Dantzel has a season pass and I asked her to come with me, and my Sister-in-law Erin came too. So, Thursday morning we flew to CA, got to the "Happiest place on Earth" around 10:00 and we just cruised from one ride to the next. We were expecting it to be a pretty busy day, but for Disneyland it was really not busy at all. It was about 100 degrees though. So, I got to ride all my favorite rides: Peter Pan, Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, Indiana Jones & California Screemin. Plus a few others. We got our necessary Dole whip at the Tiki room. We even had time to sit down and eat a burger and do a little shopping. We were in a rush to get back to the airport and the traffic was not co-operating. We rushed into the terminal and found that the plane we were getting on had not landed yet. So we were just fine. It was a whirlwind adventure and so much fun! Thanks to my family letting me escape for the day!

Yesterday Emma turned 9! Emma was the happiest baby and she is still a happy kid. She loves to be with her family and friends. Emma doesn't like to leave people out and wants to be everyone's friend. She is a great soccer player and wants to be like Mia Hamm. She loves to sing and is often singing or humming while she is doing other things. We love you Emma, you make our family brighter!

Birthday Boys

Yesterday was our oldest son's birthday! He is now 10! He has always been a good kid. He tries really hard to do what is right and he tries to do his best at everything. He loves to wrestle and play with his brothers, and tease his sisters, but he has a really kind heart too. We love you son!
Today is my wonderful husbands birthday! What a great guy he is! He takes good care of us all and works hard so I can stay home. He tolerates my insanity on a daily basis. He makes our lives happier every day. We love you So much! You are the BEST Babe!!

Baptism and Birthday

Last week our third child was baptised and it was her birthday. What a special day for her. The baptism was nice and we had a great party after at the park. Lots of people and lots of food. It is always fun to get everyone together. A few of my kids were talking to each other and deciding which family was going to be there. The oldest said "this is one of the times when both sides of our families will be together!" That made them all happy. There are quite a few of us, but it is lots of fun. My house can't hold us all that is why we went to the park. The kids like it there better anyway. I think it was a good day for her. She is a wonderful, happy child. Happy 8th Birthday!
