Friday night I went with my mom to see Ballet West Swan Lake. It was wonderful! I'm a total classic ballet kind of girl. I loved the chorus of swans! I hate tragic endings, but that is ballet for you. I am so glad I got to see this one. We had a great dinner at Lambs Cafe, I guess my mom and her dad used to go there often, so it was a great rememberence for her. We heard that Front Runner was free for the day, so we decided to take it. It was VERY crowded and on the way home there are not as many trains that run and we missed our planned train by about 3 minutes, so we waited and waited for the very last train of the night. I didnt' get home 'till very late. I think next time we go to the ballet we will drive ourselves. It was a great time with my mom (something we don't do very often). Lexie went as well and LOVED it. I was supposed to go and then at the last minute sent Ryan's mom in my place. Ryan had a business thing. I'm so glad you enjoyed it. The swans were also Lexie's favorite part.
I have missed the ballet this year. I didn't get tickets since I knew I would have a new little one. We ate at Lamb's grill a few times last year and the year before as well!
Swan lake is the BEST. I am excited to go on Sat with my mother, but sad we didn't end up getting all of us together. I am glad you had a good time!!

I have never seen Swan Lake and I have never heard of Lambs Cafe. Sounds like fun!
