General stuff

As you can see I've been making changes here. As you may or may not have noticed I haven't used any real names around here. I have decided that it is too impersonal to refer to my kids as numbers and I'm just going to use their names. I was being a little freaky about privacy so I'm letting my guard down. Anyway we are just doing our thing, not much new. I have been slowly trying to de-junk and de-clutter. How do we collect so much so fast? Why do we save some of the silliest things? What is with all the papers? I think those who know me well can agree that I am an organizational failure, so this a long process. Today we have begun re-construction on the family room, this should be fun. The kids are staying busy and we only have one more week of soccer- yeah me! Although what will we do with all the extra time?! I've been spending a few hours at the school each week with PTA stuff and helping in classrooms, that is always fun to see what is actually going on inside the classes. I have also enjoyed a few days of just sitting with a book and reading while everyone is gone....ahhhhhh! I've waited awhile for this and now that it is here it is a little weird. We are enjoying the cooler weather and keeping up with all the football games. Well, that's it for now! Thanks for checking on us!

You are great Kate!! I need to come see your house, it's going to look totally different.

If you get the organizational thing figured out...pass it along to me. :)

BTW: I like your new look.

What IS up with all the paper? I have no idea how to keep it all organized and I hate when Joe asks where a piece of paper is!!! Or anyone for that matter. Your kids are so big now, wow I haven't seen you for a long time.
